About the Opportunity: The IPS Senior Support Analyst will support the IPS Supply Support Lead and mentor the Supply Support Analyst to deliver end-to-end Supply Support and vessel equipage outcomes across shipbuilding programs for Austal Defence Australia, including provisioning, cataloguing/codification, demand forecasting, Readiness-Based Sparing (RBS), BOM stewardship, replenishment, and inventory assurance.

- Provisioning and sparing analyses
- Maintain BOMs and vessel equipage data
- Assure cataloguing/codification and Total Asset Visibility
- Monitor DMSMS, warranty, shelf-life risks, and Obsolescence
- Integrate supply data with Technical Data/CM and ERP/PLM/IDE
- Contribute to continual improvement
- AQF Level 6-7 qualification in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Maritime Operations
- 5+ years IPS/ILS supply chain experience in complex maritime programs
- Demonstrated application of DAU IPS Supply Support practices and DoDI 5000.91 sustainment policy in planning and execution
- ASDEFCON contracting familiarity preparing and assuring CDRL/DID data deliverables and acceptance criteria for support contracts
- Proficiency with codification/cataloguing and TAV technologies within ERP/PLM environments
- Working knowledge of DEF 569/5692 (LSA/LSAR) supporting provisioning and sustainment artefacts
