A growing, mission driven architecture platform is seeking a seasoned principal architect to provide office leadership and help drive continued growth in the Nevada market. This role is based in Henderson and is ideal for a senior architect who enjoys leading teams, advising public sector clients, and shaping the strategic direction of a regional practice.

This is a hands on leadership role that blends strategy, client engagement, and oversight of project delivery. The Principal will play a key role in mentoring staff, strengthening client relationships, and expanding civic and community focused work across the region.

• Provide office and market leadership within the Nevada region
• Serve as a trusted advisor to public sector and civic clients
• Lead and mentor project teams while fostering a collaborative studio culture
• Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, schedule, and client satisfaction
• Support business development efforts including client meetings and proposals
• Help shape growth strategy and identify new opportunities within the market
• Represent the firm at industry and community events

• Licensed Architect with a professional degree in Architecture
• Fifteen plus years of experience with at least five years in a leadership role
• Strong background in civic, municipal, or public sector projects
• Experience building and maintaining long term client relationships
• Comfortable balancing leadership, delivery oversight, and business development
• Strong communication skills and a mentorship oriented leadership style
• Nevada licensure preferred but not required
