Monday, Wednesday and Friday

As a Temporary Branch Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for members visiting our branches. You’ll play a key role in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth member experiences by helping guide members, learning about teller and account services, and providing general branch support.

• Greet members as they enter the branch and help direct them to the appropriate service area
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all members and visitors
• Learn the basics of teller transactions and new account processes
• Assist with general branch operations and administrative support as needed
• Work closely with branch staff to ensure members feel supported and valued

• Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about helping others
• Interested in customer service, finance, or operations
• Comfortable speaking with people and answering basic questions
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• No prior banking experience required—just a positive attitude and a desire to grow!
