Description
Welcome Guests upon arrival. Perform all check‑in and check‑out functions. Accept, sort and distribute all messages for Guests. Produce, generate, and distribute reports. Post charges to Guests' accounts. Respond to Guests' special needs.
Qualifications1-2 years customer service or reception experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Be able to answer phones quickly, courteously and in a professional manner. Ensure that Guests' business is kept confidential. Be able to operate computerized front office system.
