• Strong news-producing skills and the ability to use that experience to mentor and guide a team of producers and anchor/reporters.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience in creating a positive team environment.
• Excellent news judgment and proven ability to lead both evening enterprise and breaking news content.
• Ability to work with the senior news management as needed to implement policies and procedures within the department.

• Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a producer, and previous experience as an Executive Producer.
• The successful applicant's background must include, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism or or the equivalent.
• No beginners.
