Demand Planner

The Demand Plannerplays a critical role in driving an accurate, aligned, and forward-looking demand plan across the business. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, acting as a trusted analytical partner to Sales teams organized by channel.

This role is ideal for a CPG demand planning professional who thrives in data, enjoys working closely with Sales by channel, and can clearly communicate insights that drive better business decisions. You will be a key contributor to inventory optimization, service performance

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP systems, manufacturing environments, and advanced reporting tools.

This is an onsite role in Henderson, NV.

• Prepare stained demand reporting, including forecast accuracy, bias, and variance analysis.
• Lead demand planning meetings with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, using analytics to guide discussions and challenge assumptions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on demand drivers including promotions, seasonality, innovation, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Build and maintain Excel-based models Power BI dashboards to support forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Identify gaps between statistical forecasts andodz sales inputs; recommend actions to improve forecast quality.
• Support ERP demand planning activities, including forecast updates, master data integrity, and planning assumptions.
• Generate ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making and commercial planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes, tools, and analytics.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

• 2-3 years of progressive experience in demand planning, preferably within a CPG or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working closely with Sales teams organized by channel or customer.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems in a planning or forecasting context.
