You will be a key member of Tesla’s energy service program in North America and Latin America, leading BESS O&M subcontracting operations, aligning finance and engineering efforts, and driving cost‑effective project delivery.

• Support the strategic oversight of subcontractor service operations for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) and Utility sites with BESS and PV systems across North America and Latin America.
• Create financial forecasting to align with internal teams and purchase orders, ensuring cost control and on‑time project execution.
• Develop and manage subcontractor onboarding, performance frameworks, and payment structures, including pricing and contract liability negotiations.
• Collaborate with Subcontractors, Field Service, Remote Engineering, Asset Management, and Finance to ensure efficient program management.
• Oversee financial forecasting and reporting, providing data‑driven insights on subcontractor spend across multiple regions and service programs.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance subcontractor performance, streamline internal communication, and accelerate project velocity.
• Serve as a business liaison for all subcontracted scopes, representing Commercial Service subcontractors in financial reviews, performance meetings, and cross‑departmental initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Construction, or related field; OR 5+ years of renewable energy operations experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Comprehensive understanding of Utility BESS & PV systems.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and/or SQL/DB visualizer or equivalent.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to advancing projects.
• Strong organization and verbal/written communication skills for collaboration with subcontractors and internal teams.
