Join the Civmec TeamWe are seeking a motivated Document Controller with experience in Defence or other highly regulated environments. This role supports the project team by managing documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records within our document management systems.
The RoleTo be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Document Controller role.
- Experience using electronic document management systems (EDMS), or a strong willingness and commitment to learn.
- Demonstrated technical understanding relevant to handling complex project documentation.
- Experience with vendor data management and engineering documentation.
- Understanding of document life cycles and the ability to administer all stages effectively within a project environment.
- Prior experience in Defence, secure infrastructure, or complex technical projects is highly valued.
- Qualifications in Administration, Document Control, or related disciplines.
- Training or certification in document management systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work through challenges independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret, create and apply detailed procedures and documentation standards.
