** Responsibilities
* ** Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments
* Greet clients and pets and manage check-ins/check-outs
* Work alongside groomers and bathers during every check-in and check-out
* Provide pet status updates after confirming with the grooming team
* Maintain digital forms and records using iPads
* Keep customer-visible grooming areas swept and presentable
* Update and prepare daily grooming schedule boards
* Assist with general front desk and operational support## Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable using tablets and software systems
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Professional, calm demeanor around pets and people
* Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
* Previous pet industry experience is a plus but not required.
