Order Entry Operator

This position is responsible for carrying out many of the organization’s order entry, accounting and administrative functions.

Responsibilities include taking down customer orders, explaining options to customers, and helping our team process and fulfill orders as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• College Degree
• 4+ years of Accounting or Clerical experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in Data Entry
• Experience with estimating is “nice to have”
• Demonstrates an ability to handle highly detailed sales (from quote, to sale, to manufacturing orders) and track the differences between all our different clients.
• Has a desire to understand how things are built; capable of tracking and calculating the limits of materials, means & methods of building a varied and changing list of products.
• An ability to clearly communicate the customers’ needs for efficient high-quality production.
• Shows an aptitude for tracking assigned tasks for follow-up until resolution.
• A talent for Excel

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• Proven communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter who works well under pressure
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Fluency in English reading and writing is required.

Shift / Hours:

12am to 9am Tuesday to Saturday PH time
