We’re looking for a Quality Technician to be the quality presence on the production floor and help ensure our products meet both customer expectations and our internal standards.

This is a hands‑on, team-focused role where you’ll work closely with production to protect our customers and support continuous improvement.

• Serve as the go‑to quality contact on the production floor
• Support production and quality operators to ensure accurate measurements and inspections
• Run and assist with CMM (manual and programmed) inspections
• Help train and develop inspectors and production team members
• Make data‑driven quality decisions to protect our customers
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on root cause analysis (5 Why, cause & effect, defect recreation, etc.)
• Lead and coordinate containment activities when issues arise
• Audit production lines and inspection areas to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Review inspection and production data to identify trends and reduce scrap
• Assist in developing control plans, PFMEAs, inspection standards, and quality documentation
• Raise the flag and stop production when non‑conforming product or processes put customers at risk
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor
• Complete required process and dock audits
• Work overtime and weekends as needed

• 1+ year of experience in a quality‑related role
• Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T
• Experience with measurement tools and SPC
• Familiarity with control plans, inspection standards, and customer prints
• Ability to interpret data, engineering standards, and procedures
• Problem‑solving mindset with confidence to make fact‑based decisions
• ASQ Certified Quality Technician (preferred but not required)
• A team‑first attitude and willingness to be hands‑on on the production floor
