    Superintendent, Warehouse Distribution Operations

    As the Superintendent for our Henderson, KY facility, you’ll provide leadership to the warehouse's team and assist with operations and maintenance tasks as needed. Day-to-day, you'll organize, plan, and implement daily operating and maintenance instructions while making sure our employees perform their job duties in a safe and efficient manner.

    Where will you work: Onsite at our Henderson, KY warehouse with an option to work a 9/80 schedule having off every other Friday. (1411 Hwy 136 W | Henderson, KY | 42420)

    What You’ll Do:

    • Staff, organize, and direct operational activities within the Henderson facility

    • Provide leadership to your team, ensuring everyone understands their work, roles, business goals, and performance standards

    • Develop and provide a long-term vision for the facility, ensuring that proper resources are allocated to meet operational requirements

    • Maintain regulatory compliance and manage risk in a PSM covered P rocess

    • Oversee the implementation of new processes and procedures within the Henderson facility

    • Achieve and demonstrate the relentless pursuit of an injury free workplace

    • Manage the security and safety of a high-risk asset

    • Manage capital and operations expenses through proper budgeting, continuous improvement, reliability programs, and risk management

    • Coordinate EHS activities with a strong emphasis on PHA and CORE

    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and external agencies

    What you'll need:

    • 5+ years of relevant work experience

    • Significant experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazardous Materials Management

    • 2+ years prior people management experience

    • Experience in Operations Management and safety regulations involving hazardous materials

    • Experience in OSHA and Maritime security programs

    • Experience using Maximo and SAP

    Bonus Points if You:

    • Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Technology, Operations Management, or Engineering

    • Have experience managing managers

    • Are familiar with Intelex and Trade Shift systems
