Practice Details
This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care with strong clinical infrastructure and excellent physician collaboration. You ll work in modern OB facilities with access to advanced surgical technology and a robust, multidisciplinary support network, including:
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine Tri-State Perinatology
- Reproductive Endocrinology Boston IVF at The Women s Hospital
- Urogynecology Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation
- Gynecologic Oncology The Women s Cancer Center
Whether you re building confidence as a new graduate or expanding your scope as an experienced OB/GYN, you ll have the support needed to practice high-quality medicine without feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed $450,000 base salary
- Productivity bonuses in addition to base
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $90,000 student loan repayment
- $2,000/month residency stipend during final year
- Opportunity to supervise APPs

- 5 days CME + $3,500 annual CME allowance
