Overview
Retail Associate Manager (RAM) role at Arch Telecom. We’re a national Wireless Preferred Retailer with 200+ retail stores across the U.S. Since 1993, we’ve provided superior service and quality wireless products featuring the latest technology. RAMs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, and work with the Retail Store Manager on operational duties. This is a learning role where you will build required skills with your team while focusing on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Whatyou’ll do in your role
- Learn and build proficiency in customer service, while providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty by helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, via Customer Care, or in-store).
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics, including accessories and emerging IoT devices.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing your expertise.
- Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
- Demonstrate how our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood and explain our fast LTE network.
- Explain plans and services to help customers live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
- Show how wireless solutions are implemented, including device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
- Complete training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Build relationships with employees across channels and work with business and customer service to:
- Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless environment.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships for collective success.
- Have a positive attitude while delivering first-class customer experience.
- Leadership and a competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to lead your team, share best practices, while serving customers and resolving issues.
- Effectiveness with operational, financial, and performance management.
- Amazing communication skills with your team and customers.
- Prior wireless sales experience.
