Our community is looking for a Server to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniques.
• Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assures resident/guest satisfaction with their meals.
• Maintains knowledge of all specials and food items, explaining them to residents or guests.
• Maintains assigned tables and surrounding area in a clean, presentable state.
• Follows cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Assists with orientation and training of new food servers.
• Sets-up and cleans the dining room, maintaining hospitality standards.
• Maintains personal appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Completes opening and closing checklists.
• Supports proper organization and supplies placement in the dining area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in fine dining preferred.
