** As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Director in ensuring our facility remains in excellent working condition. Your work helps create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the residents we serve.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist with general facility repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
* Support routine inspections of building systems and equipment
* Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail
* Help maintain grounds, common areas, and preventive maintenance schedules
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies###
** Qualifications
* ** Previous maintenance experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
