Pay Scale and Work Schedule

Pay Scale $20.10 - $21.00 D.O.E, plus differential for pm and nights. 5 Day Work Week. Fully Vaccinated Highly Recommended. ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR AM (6:30-3:00) AND PM SHIFTS (2:30-11:00). SHIFTS BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS.

The CNA will provide basic nursing care by assisting residents with personal, nutritional and restorative care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

• Consistently honor and encourage the resident’s freedom of choice
• Knock on the resident’s door prior to entering the room
• Explain any and all care and procedures to be given to the resident
• Respect the resident’s privacy by providing privacy during care
• Provide resident’s visitors privacy during visits
• Honor the right of the resident to refuse any treatment (but must still notify charge nurse when resident refuses)
• Assure confidentiality of all resident related information
• Report all concerns and complaints of the resident to the proper authorities in a timely manner
• Honor resident’s personal property rights by keeping a current inventory list, storing all personal items as necessary assuring all personal property is not used by staff or other residents
• Assist the residents and family through dying and death experience by assuring care and dignity
• Additional Duties Assigned by Leadership
