Analyst - Financial

The Analyst - Financial will support the analysis of operating results and provide commentary on performance. This role involves developing tools, extracting data, and supporting ongoing analytical projects. The analyst will collaborate with both corporate and field employees to gather insights and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement.

• Develop tools and extract data to support financial and operational analysis
• Analyze financial results and operating variance; develop and implement recommendations for improvements
• Create and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance
• Identify and research opportunities to increase revenue and improve margins
• Prepare presentations and reports for upper management
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

• Strong data mining, modeling, and analytical skills
• Experience with P&L analysis and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience/internship as a business or financial analyst

This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
