Service Greeter – Tim Moran Hyundai and Ford – Hemet, CA
Tim Moran Auto Group in Hemet is looking for an upbeat, friendly Service Greeter to join our Hyundai and Ford Service Department team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for the automotive industry.
Position OverviewAs a Service Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. You’ll welcome guests as they arrive, assist them through the intake process, and help coordinate communication between customers and service advisors to keep the service drive running smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Assist customers through the service intake and check-in process
Communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure smooth workflow
Help manage vehicle flow in the service drive
Maintain a safe, friendly, and organized service drive environment
Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Upbeat, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Friendly and professional communication skills
Some automotive knowledge preferred
Ability to think on your feet and multitask in a busy environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player with a desire to help others
Supportive, team-oriented work environment
