Overview
At Hemel Hempstead Sports Centre, this is a key role within the centre that requires a highly motivated individual possessing excellent leadership skills and the ability to create effective promotional campaigns to increase membership levels.
Responsibilities- Accountable for the delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming.
- Form strong working relationships with sporting partners.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve results.

- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Results‑driven attitude and desire to achieve.
- Knowledge of swimming and a relevant qualification.
- DBS required prior to starting.
