The role includes improvement work, maintenance and repairs to the fabric and plumbing of the building at 7 schools across Hertfordshire, Luton and Reading. The candidate will act as a mobile engineer, supporting all 7 schools as required and working as part of the team.

• To undertake improvement work, maintenance and repairs to the fabric and plumbing of the building.
• Responsibilities will be at 7 schools around Hertfordshire, Luton and Reading.
• Need to act as a mobile engineer and support all 7 schools as required.
• Work as part of the team.
• Undertake inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptions and repairs.
• Answer queries, report any defects, and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
• Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• Have good verbal and written communication and be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.

• Background within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
• C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent / technical diploma.
• Experience as a Multi Skilled Plumber working with commercial clients.
