Multi-skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias – No Call Outs – Van + Fuel Card – Hemel Hampstead – Up to £40,000

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Electrical Bias Engineer to work in Hemel Hampstead. You will be working on this site 4 days a week, and on the remaining day covering sites in London, Farnborough, Southampton. You can choose the day you want to work at the other site. Public transport to this site is fully paid. The sites you will cover are commercial offices offering state‑of‑the‑art equipment and local shops to grab a drink and something to eat.

Monday to Thursday 7 am to 4 pm.

1 day a week – flexible hours.

• Basic salary of up to £40,000
• Monday‑Thursday 7 am–4 pm – 1 day a week flexible working hours

• NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of electrical equipment
• City and Guilds – 18th or 17th edition
• Client facing
• Good communication skills

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Diagnose and repair faults on production equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Emergency light testing
• Deal with subcontractors
• Adhere to health and safety
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
• Follow university rules and regulations
• Deal with permit to works
• Maintain site logs
