Security Officer

Security Night Officer - BBC Blackburn Part-Time | 24 Hours per Week.

Shifts:

Friday & Saturday Nights (20:00-08:00).

Location:

BBC Darwen Street, Blackburn. Pay: £12.60 per hour.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for BBC staff and visitors.
• Manage reception and control access to the site.
• Conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents.
• Monitor security systems and report any activity or concerns.
• Deliver a friendly, professional front‑of‑house service at all times.

• A valid SIA Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Previous front‑of‑house or security experience (preferred).
• A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude.
