Kings Langley | Office-Based (with client visit opportunities)
£28,000 - £32,000 basic + bonus

Are you a driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives on targets, enjoys building new relationships, and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive, high-energy team?
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Kings Langley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys new business development, lead generation, and proactive outbound sales, with the variety of occasionally attending client meetings to build face-to-face relationships.
You'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, identifying new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and booking high-quality appointments — all while being rewarded for your performance through a competitive bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively cold call prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound activity
Achieve daily and weekly sales KPIs, including:
50 calls per day
2 quality leads per day (team target)
2 appointments booked per day
Book meetings and appointments for senior sales or attend meetings yourself where appropriate
Build and maintain accurate records using Insightly CRM
Follow up leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
Attend occasional client meetings for relationship building and variety
Support with administration and customer service tasks during quieter sales periods
Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development
Confident, persuasive telephone manner
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activity
Strong resilience and motivation to work towards targets and KPIs
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Previous CRM experience desirable (Insightly preferred but not essential)
