About the JobWe are looking for Account Managers to join our Leasing team based in the Hemel Hempstead office. In this role you will engage with customers to understand and qualify their leasing requirements, guiding them through our leasing process and working towards KPIs. Lead generation is handled by the company, allowing you to focus on customer engagement and service.
What We’re Looking For- Previous sales experience (face‑to‑face or phone) is essential.
- Experience achieving targets or KPIs.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal, negotiating and objection‑handling abilities.
- Organised, able to prioritise effectively.
- Motivated, resilient and a team player who enjoys collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
- 37.5‑hour week over a 4‑week rota cycle.
- Week includes one weekend day and one evening shift until 8 pm.
Salary of £35,000–£45,000 plus 10 % of salary awarded in shares over three years. 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and half‑day closures on Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Pension with 7 % company contribution and 5 % employee contribution. Private medical coverage, family leave provision, car salary‑sacrifice scheme, share‑save options and more.
