Overview

Regional Field Sales Executive - Imperial. Represent Imperial Brands in the Key Account Retail Channel as a Regional Business Development Executive. Salary: £30,744.88 + Up To 20% Bonus + Company Car.

Responsibilities
  • Be at the forefront of our business, working with around 200 major grocery and convenience retail stores. Deliver against defined performance targets including distribution, availability, merchandising, and coverage; drive advocacy for our brands and execute trade activities.
  • Provide a fresh, innovative and informed approach. Deliver a great experience to retailers; learn quickly and share insights to achieve goals.
  • Gather key data on distribution of core brands; understand why products aren’t available and rectify issues where possible.
  • Cover holidays and sickness for the team; overnight stays may be required.
  • Take ownership of your territory and be the personable and professional face of the brand.
  • Maintain accurate data and share best practices; act as a representative of our partner.
What you will need to succeed
  • Flexible approach and willingness to learn.
  • Tenacity and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Desirable in-depth understanding of retail, preferably with a strong tobacco/FMCG background.
  • Results-focused with strong communication and time management skills.
