Regional Field Sales Executive - Imperial. Represent Imperial Brands in the Key Account Retail Channel as a Regional Business Development Executive. Salary: £30,744.88 + Up To 20% Bonus + Company Car.

- Be at the forefront of our business, working with around 200 major grocery and convenience retail stores. Deliver against defined performance targets including distribution, availability, merchandising, and coverage; drive advocacy for our brands and execute trade activities.
- Provide a fresh, innovative and informed approach. Deliver a great experience to retailers; learn quickly and share insights to achieve goals.
- Gather key data on distribution of core brands; understand why products aren’t available and rectify issues where possible.
- Cover holidays and sickness for the team; overnight stays may be required.
- Take ownership of your territory and be the personable and professional face of the brand.
- Maintain accurate data and share best practices; act as a representative of our partner.
- Flexible approach and willingness to learn.
- Tenacity and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Desirable in-depth understanding of retail, preferably with a strong tobacco/FMCG background.
- Results-focused with strong communication and time management skills.
