The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you'll be a critical part of our sales engine, responsible for driving new business by building and managing the top of our sales funnel. This role is a perfect fit for a proactive individual eager to fast-track their career in B2B sales.
Whatdo we do?
Eckoh’s Customer Engagement Security Solutions help our clients to take payments and transact securely with their customers through all engagement channels. The solutions, which are delivered globally through our cloud platforms and protected by multiple patents, remove customer’s sensitive personal and payment data from client’s contact centres and IT environments. They provide merchants a simple and effective way to reduce the risk of fraud and data breaches, become compliant with security regulations, as well as enhancing their brand and increasing customer satisfaction.
KeyFunctional Responsibilities:
- Own the Sales Pipeline:
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This means expertly qualifying and responding to inbound leads and executing strategic outbound campaigns to book new meetings with leads across our target industries. - Drive Strategic Growth:
Partner with our marketing and sales teams to execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. Your insights will be crucial in helping us refine our messaging and outreach strategies to maximize effectiveness. - Leverage Technology:
Become an expert in our tech stack. You'll maintain meticulous records of all activities in our CRM and use performance data to continuously refine your outreach tactics and optimize your results. - Collaborate and Grow:
This is a hybrid role where you'll spend at least two days per week in our Hemel Hempstead office. This ensures you're closely aligned with the team, can participate in collaborative sessions, and learn directly from sales leadership.

Experience:
You have 2–3 years of proven experience as an SDR or in a similar B2B sales role.
· Track Record:
You have a demonstrated history of success in both inbound lead qualification and outbound meeting setting.
· Communication:
Your communication skills are exceptional, you can articulate complex ideas with confidence and clarity, both in writing and over the phone.
· Tech Proficiency:
You are comfortable and proficient with key sales tools, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Linked In Navigator, and Outreach.io.
· Drive:
You are a self-starter who is goal-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
