Shop Assistant
- Hours:
15 hours per week (part time) - Location:
Marlowes Shop, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1BL - Salary: £23,810 per annum (pro‑rata)
- Closing date: 19 November 2025 at 12 noon
- Interview date: 26 November 2025 via MS Teams
The purpose of this role is to ensure customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and to engage and lead shop volunteers.
Responsibilities- Operate the shop efficiently and effectively in accordance with senior management guidance.
- Maximise sales and profitability.
- Engage and motivate the team of shop volunteers.
- Provide and inspire excellence in customer care.
- Oversee the daily running of the shop on the manager’s days off.
- Act as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador, actively demonstrating our values and positively promoting specialist care.
