Established Developer/ House Builder urgently require a Strategic Land Manager for their busy office in Hemel Hempstead.

The role will report into the Land Director who oversees both immediate and strategic type acquisitions. Responsibilities for the role:
Evaluate Investment Opportunities Prepare reports and recommendations to the board Negotiate Promotion agreements Create budgets and planning strategies for the sites financial analyses and cashflow Developing relationships with land owners and agents stakeholder engagement Formulating exit strategies or transfer to the in-house development team The Developer concerned have an excellent reputation in the market when acquiring both immediate build now and strategic type land deals.

They remain ambitious and are keen to acquire good quality sites that can come to fruition over a 4 – 10 year period. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience in strategic land acquisitions and organised, self motivated and able to work on their own with support from the team and the Land Director.
