About the RoleAs our Hairdresser you will be responsible for ensuring that when our residents visit our in‑house salon, they are given all possible choices of a wash, cut, colour and styling. You will get to know their care needs and stay updated with any changes to keep residents happy and safe during their visits.
You’ll interact with our residents throughout their visit – so you’ll be friendly, caring and kind while respecting their dignity at all times.
- Keep the salon clean, tidy, and safe while working.
- Ensure towels are given to the laundry team when the salon closes.
- Report any faulty equipment to the home manager.
- Keep supplies stocked up by filling purchase requests when needed.
