Overview

Responsibilities- Proactively support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager on projects and tasks.
- Support the development and growth of Schwarzkopf Professional colour brands in the UK by increasing brand awareness and expanding the account base through managing promotional, media, and PR plans.
- Monitor monthly performance including NES, GP1 and customer base growth to help support financial KP targets.
- Take ownership of SKP Salon Tools through managing the portfolio in line with global guidelines and to help increase sales.
- Support the organisation and execution of press, industry events, and trade shows, while also running content creation days with education and digital agencies to produce relevant content.
- Manage the artwork & POS approval process, and support the co-ordination of all images and assets for Schwarzkopf Professional colour brands.
- Liase with Digital Marketing & eCRM Manager to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network across global and regional teams, collaborating closely with key internal departments to share insights and best practices.
- Degree educated, or equivalent, ideally within Business or Marketing.
- Previous experience in a Marketing role in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage.
- Passion for the beauty industry, passionate about hair!
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across various projects.
- Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative.
- Strong IT skills (especially PowerPoint & Excel, ideally Sales BI).
- Strong analytical skills & good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Proactive, passionate, team-player.
- Excellent communication skills – able to communicate ideas concisely and confidently.
- Personal initiative, with the ability to take on a high level of autonomy.
