Quality Inspector

Location: Kings Langley

Mazco Recruitment are proud to be representing a precision engineering company in Kings Langley, who are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality and continuous improvement within a precision engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out dimensional and visual inspection of precision components

* Use a range of manual inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, height gauges, etc.)

* Complete FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports) accurately and on time

* Operate and program CMMs – experience in programming would be highly advantageous

* Work collaboratively with the production team to maintain high-quality standards

* Support continuous improvement and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a precision engineering inspection role

* Strong understanding of manual inspection equipment

* Experience with FAIRs

* CMM operation/programming skills (programming experience beneficial)

* A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and help others
