Hemel Hempstead, Hybrid (3 days/ week in office, with travel to our Parks as required)

Join us as an Inclusive Culture Partner , part of a bold, insight-driven and strategically focused Inclusive Culture team.

You’ll work with agility across the organisation, partnering closely with our Support Office and Park Leadership Teams to drive and embed our core values, Bring the Sunshine, Dare to Care, and Do It with Pride, throughout the entire employee journey.

With organisation-wide impact, you’ll confidently adapt your storytelling and influencing style to engage different audiences, from frontline teams to senior leaders. You’ll bring demonstrable experience in designing, refining, implementing and launching business-focused strategies, helping to shape and evolve the inclusive culture framework at Haven.

Underpinning this, you’ll bring natural creativity and the ability to balance multiple, and at times competing, priorities. You’ll seamlessly shift between the needs of the four pillars of our inclusive culture DE&I, Culture, Wellbeing and Charity, ensuring alignment, impact and meaningful progress across each area.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with Support Office and Park Leadership Teams to drive and embed our core values:
    Bring the Sunshine, Dare to Care, and Do It with Pride, across the entire employee experience.
  • Design, refine, implement and launch business-focused inclusive culture strategies, shaping and evolving Haven’s inclusive culture framework to deliver measurable impact.
  • Use insight and listening to drive action, translating engagement surveys, wellbeing data and Team feedback into meaningful improvements that enhance engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and overall team experience across Parks and Head Office.
  • Champion inclusive culture and capability building, partnering with our Inclusive Culture Communities (DE&I Team Forum, Wellbeing Champions, Charity Champions & Pioneers) and Head of Inclusive Culture to deliver impactful campaigns, learning and workshops that strengthen psychological safety, inclusive leadership and healthy ways of working.
  • Act as a senior-level inclusive culture ambassador and connector, collaborating with Internal Comms, Talent, senior leaders and external partners to amplify our culture, wellbeing, DE&I and Chairty, as well as employer brand, while role-modelling Haven’s values every day.
  • Lead the design and delivery of core initiatives (including our Team Cultural Calendar), exercising sound judgement in complex and fast-moving environments, balancing competing priorities while thoughtfully managing people, cultural and reputational risk in line with our values.
  • Work with agility across the organisation, adapting your storytelling and influencing approach to engage diverse audiences, from frontline teams to senior leaders.
  • Seamlessly shift between the four pillars of our inclusive culture DE&I, Culture, Wellbeing and Charity, balancing multiple priorities with creativity and focus to ensure alignment and meaningful progress across each area.

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience designing, refining and delivering business-focused strategies that drive measurable impact.
  • A strong track record of turning strategic ambition into clear, practical frameworks that teams can apply consistently across a multi-site or complex organisation.
  • Confidence using data and insight including engagement surveys and Team feedback to inform decisions, prioritise action and deliver meaningful improvements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, adapting your style to connect with diverse audiences from frontline teams to senior level.
  • Sound judgement and credibility, with experience navigating complex, fast-moving environments while balancing people, cultural and reputational considerations.
