With a turnover of over £100 million one of London’s reputable Tier 1 Fit-out Contractor is seeking a Design Manager to join their growing and expanding team.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
 
* Main contractor experience is essential
 
* Experience across variety of sectors preferably Interior Fit-out
 
* Ability to lead, chair and influence multi party teams and stakeholders
 
* Good interpersonal skills including, communication and team building
 
* Full working knowledge of Traditional and Modern Methods of Construction
 
* Technical skills and the ability to use design and project management software
 
* Problem solving skills and creative thinking
 
* Attention to detail, Organisation and time management
 
* Ability to draw & read drawings
 
* Commercial awareness like budgeting and regulations
 
* Team working, relationship-building and influencing skills
 
* Client management skills
The ideal candidate must have worked on Fast Track Commercial Fit-out or Educational institues Fit out
