Salary:
Up to £33k plus package.

Planned Maintenance – Property Services.

My client are based in Hemel Hempstead and are carrying out a planned works programme in the surrounding areas.

Works are being carried out to occupied properties and include planned maintenance refurbishment projects which are mainly internal and external works.

• Booking appointments to visit occupied properties.
• Carrying out condition surveys.
• Dealing with resident complaints.
• Working hand in hand with the site team to get works completed to the standard.
• Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors.

• Experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer.
• Strong communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone.
• Good IT skills.
• The ability to work within a team and of your own accord.
