Overview:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of our White Label Mall platform. This strategic role demands a technical product leader who can bridge complex engineering challenges with commercial objectives, while managing product development at global scale.

The role is pivotal in coordinating between engineering teams, commercial stakeholders, and design functions to deliver a scalable, high-performance platform capable of supporting significant transaction volumes across multiple markets. You will take full ownership of agile delivery, leading a remote scrum team and translating strategic vision into actionable development work.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
  • Define and communicate the technical product vision and roadmap, aligning with business growth objectives
  • Prioritise feature development based on market opportunity, technical feasibility, and commercial impact
  • Develop business cases for platform enhancements and balance immediate client needs with long-term scalability
Agile Delivery and Scrum Leadership:
  • Lead agile ceremonies for a remote scrum team, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that articulate requirements and business value
  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring a well-defined pipeline of work
  • Remove blockers, track sprint velocity, and report on delivery metrics
Platform Development:
  • Oversee development of a robust, scalable platform architecture for high transaction volumes
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications with engineering and design teams
  • Ensure multi-market deployment capabilities with appropriate localisation frameworks
  • Manage technical debt and coordinate platform releases
Stakeholder Management:
  • Interface with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders across commercial, operations, and technical teams
  • Communicate product strategy and technical constraints effectively across diverse audiences
Performance and Optimization:
  • Define and track KPIs for platform performance, scalability, and client satisfaction

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience leading agile/scrum teams in remote environments
    • Strong capability writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
    • Technical understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and software development
    • Track record managing complex roadmaps for B2B or platform products
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
    • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capabilities
    • Experience with global or multi-market products
    • Comfortable leading distributed teams across multiple geographies
    • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
