Workforce Labour Resourcer
Based in Hemel Hempstead
Full-time | Office-based

We're looking for a Workforce Labour Resource Administrator to join our Workforce team and play a key role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of skilled Labour and Plant Operatives across projects nationwide. This role suits a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
What you’ll do- Manage the end‑to‑end induction process for internal and external personnel
- Develop a strong understanding of our fleet, labour trades, and industry competencies
- Accurately input and maintain data within internal systems and workforce apps
- Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with external site personnel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support workforce planning to ensure timely placement of Operatives against project needs
- Manage customer expectations through professional phone and email communication
- Act as a key link between Workforce Managers, site teams, and project management teams
- Promote clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and help resolve operational challenges
- Grow and maintain the labour candidate database in line with agreed KPIs
- We're looking for someone who brings energy, ownership, and attention to detail to this role:
- A confident, independent self‑starter with a proactive mindset
- Strong decision‑making skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Exceptionally high attention to detail with a right‑first‑time approach
- Results‑driven team player who enjoys working towards shared targets
- Strong communicator across phone, email, and systems in a high‑volume environment
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Previous administration or document control experience (desirable)
