Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

The Role

Support individuals with daily living skills such as shopping, budgeting, cooking and maintaining their home
Build positive, trusting relationships
Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
No personal care involved
Use your car for work to help people stay connected to the communityRequirements

Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Willing to complete sleep-ins (min. one per week, paid £52.78)
