Assistant Manager – Wireless Applications, Corp.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will support the manager and Deputy Manager in the running of the home and work in a direct care capacity day‑to‑day. The role ensures the home operates to high standards, maintains adequate staffing, and implements staff training.

• Assist the Manager and Deputy Manager in running the home efficiently and caring.
• Supervise staff.
• Work in a direct care capacity day‑to‑day.
• Report directly to the Home Manager or appointed representative.
• Ensure the home meets the requirements of proprietors, local authority, social services and fire prevention officer.
• Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate staff training.
• Be responsible for ordering, recording, administering and disposing of medication.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels and correct mix.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in dementia care.
