As Senior Channel Finance Manager you will lead a team of finance managers and be the trusted partner to the On Trade Account Directors. The role requires clear communication, commercial insight and a collaborative approach to drive financial excellence across the channel.

• Lead and inspire a team of finance managers, setting clear expectations, implementing regular development plans and driving continuous improvement.
• Provide actionable commercial and financial insight into customer performance using budget forecasts and prior year data.
• Work cross‑functionally to spot opportunities and risks through clear reporting and storytelling. Deliver forecasting and budgeting with a focus on insight, challenge and future‑value creation.
• Deliver a strong financial voice in channel performance discussions, ensuring visibility across the business.
• Collaborate with business partners to construct and evaluate value‑creation strategies for sub‑channels, ensuring customer strategy and investment prioritisation.

• CIMA qualified.
• Previous experience in a similar role or FMCG business – strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Commercial awareness of P&L from value chain to consumer price, with understanding of all levers to drive revenue and koude profit.
• Leadership capability with the ability to build cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Proven analytical and numerical reasoning abilities, with clear and concise delivery of financial concepts to non‑financial audiences.
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach to commercial agenda.
