Job Title: Finance Manager – Brands
Location: Hybrid – Hemel Hempstead (working in our head office 2-3 days weekly)
Job Length: Full Time

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‑beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK.
As Finance Manager – Brands
, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial performance, planning, and decision‑making for some of our core brands, 7UP, Pepsi & Tango. Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager – Brands, you’ll help deliver insight, drive value, and ensure strong financial governance across the brand.
- Collaborate with the Brand Director and Senior Managers to guide strategic decisions and improve financial performance.
- Deliver clear analysis of budgets, forecasts, and prior year comparisons to highlight key focus areas.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities early, working cross‑functionally to address them.
- Support budget cycles and rolling forecasts with robust, assumption‑driven plans.
- Evaluate and challenge innovation investments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and ROI.
- Drive simplification and clarity in finance processes, supporting integration and continuous improvement.
- Build financial capability across brand and finance teams through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Role model company values and provide ad‑hoc support to senior finance leadership when needed.
- Support the innovation of products, appraising all business cases for value creation, brand alignment and performance.
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail is preferred
- Confident with numbers and able to explain financial data clearly and concisely to non‑finance teams
- Proactive attitude with a focus on getting things done
- Understands business strategy and how finance supports it, with commercial acumen
- Builds strong relationships and can influence others effectively
- Comfortable solving problems in ambiguous situations
