Customer Service Rep

People are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a Key Accounts Hire Controller to join our Key Accounts Hiredesk team, servicing our Key Account customers. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where attention to detail, collaboration, and a proactive mindset are key to success.
What you'll doAs an essential part of the Key Accounts team, you'll:
- Take hire enquiries from Key Account customers using our core fleet availability
- Provide knowledgeable advice on available products and suitable alternatives
- Ensure all customer queries are resolved within 24 hours
- Work closely with Depots and internal departments including Logistics, Recruitment and Credit Control to meet hire demands
- Attend customer sites and other depots where required to build strong working relationships and understand project requirements
- Deliver a 'right first time' service that reflects our high standards
We're looking for someone who brings passion, energy, and a strong team ethic to everything they do.

- Previous administration experience (advantageous but not essential)
