Job role:

• 1:1 support and working with small groups of pupil to enhance learning and confidence
• Using psychology knowledge to work with students with ASD,ADHD,ADD,SEMH,SEN and other needs.
• Helping to implement a positive attitude towards education and the school environment
• Providing a secure and confortable environment for the pupils
• Planning interventions with students to further enhance their understanding
