Salary: MPS1 to MPS6

• Deliver engaging, well-structured Year 2 lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
• Have strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, including end-of-key-stage expectations
• Create a supportive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and confident
• Use ongoing assessment to identify next steps and ensure positive progress
• Build meaningful relationships with children, staff, and families
• Contribute fully to the wider life of a caring, community‑focussed school
• Bring energy, warmth, and a reflective approach to teaching

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience or strong interest in teaching within KS1
• A nurturing and child-centred teaching style
• High expectations for behaviour and learning
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
