The successful Reception Teacher will plan a rich EYFS curriculum, lead assessment and create an environment where children develop confidence, curiosity and independence. The appointed Reception Teacher will start January 2026 and receive targeted CPD.

The Reception Teacher will deliver high‑quality provision, assess children against Early Learning Goals, manage learning environments, liaise with families and support colleagues in delivering consistent EYFS practice. The post is based in Hemel Hempstead with induction and mentoring provided from January 2026.

• QTS / PGCE and proven Reception classroom experience.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and assessment for the Reception Teacher.
• Able to start January 2026 in Hemel Hempstead.
