The Role:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Working in mainstream classroom settings
Providing 1:1 support, including support for pupils with additional needs (SEN)
Assisting the class teacher with learning activities, behaviour management and pupil engagement
Adapting to different school environments on a daily or short-term basis

We're Looking For:

Teaching Assistants with previous school-based experience, or
Individuals new to education who are enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A flexible and positive approach to supply work
