We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a well known clothing retailer in Hemel Hempstead HP2 7GH
with good transport links, onsite parking, and ongoing work available!
Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm )
Pay Rate£14.94 per hour
Responsibilities- Completing service documents
- Updating the fleet planner
- Scheduling vehicle services
- Maintaining 15 months of vehicle documentation
- Liaising with external vendors
- Updating defect records
- Previous experience in an Administrator role or similar
- IT Literate with good knowledge of Excel and Google spreadsheets would be useful
- Ability to work in a targeted environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good public transport links
- Onsite Free Parking

- Full training provided – “buddy system” with an experienced Administrator and full induction training in place
