About The Company:
They provide Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and Management services for a wide range of buildings spanning the public, residential, commercial and private sectors.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be assisting the busy helpdesk with raising jobs, booking in emergency / reactive call outs and routine maintenance visits, dealing with incoming calls and emails, providing quotations to clients, raising purchase orders, ordering materials, general admin and filing.
Candidate Requirements- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Live within a commutable distance to Kings Langley. Hertfordshire.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent speaking and written English.
- Attention to detail.
- Organisation skills.
- 25 days holiday entitlement + bank holidays.
- Company pension scheme.
- Provided lunch on the last Friday of each month.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5PM
The role is solely office based, in return the company is offering a Competitive Salary,
