The role is for 11 hours per week and requires local residency for easy commute to the store in Helston, England. Our stores operate from 7 AM to 8 PM, so early starts and late finishes are essential.

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Maintain high store standards and a positive team environment.
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
• Ask the right questions to understand customer projects and provide solutions.
• Stay efficient during busy times while providing outstanding service.

• A warm, friendly personality and genuine interest in customer projects.
• Reliability – punctual, flexible, committed, and supportive of customers and teammates.
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude; retail experience not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, employee‑focused environment.
