Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you'll oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards and smooth service across two dining rooms:

Lead and motivate a team of 6 Chefs and 3 KPs

Plan, prepare, and deliver up to 3 meals per day for large volumes of diners

Manage catering for formal functions (up to 200 covers) and large-scale events (Apply online only) guests)

Control budgets, stock, and supplier orders

Maintain full compliance with food hygiene, allergens, and health & safety standards

Manage rotas and ensure effective team scheduling

Support, train, and mentor junior team members

What we're looking for

We're seeking a confident and organised Head Chef with a passion for leadership and quality food service:

Proven experience in a similar Head Chef role (minimum 2 years)

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings as required

A proactive and positive approach to team management
